Staff

All staff are experienced in working with children, and all staff have NVQ level 3 Cache Diploma. All have First Aid certificates, and Food and Hygiene certificates. Other qualifications include: Makaton, Deaf Awareness and INCCO (Inclusion Co-ordinator). Rachel, from Sept. our co-ordinator's (INCCO), role is to monitor and observe children alongside their Key Worker, picking up on individual needs and making referrals to outside agencies such as Speech and Language Therapist, Health Visitor, Paediatrician, Educational Psychologist, etc; writing reports for review meetings and liaison with outside agencies and parents/carers.

Key workers

Each child is assigned a member of staff (Key worker) with whom you can liaise about your child. All information is held in confidence and you are required to complete an assessment sheet 'All about me' so that home and Pre-school can form a partnership in your child's education.
